1. Introduction

At MSITASKS, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Return and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which users can cancel subions, request refunds, or manage billing for our services. By subscribing to or using our platform, you agree to the terms below.


2. Free Trial & Evaluation

We offer a free trial period so users can evaluate MSITASKS before committing to a paid plan.

  • During the trial period, no charges will be applied.

  • At the end of the trial, you may choose to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the platform.

  • If you do not upgrade, your account will automatically downgrade to a limited-access mode or be deactivated, depending on your plan type.


3. Subion Cancellation

You may cancel your subion at any time through your Account Settings or by contacting our support team at contactus@murmusoftwareinfotech.com.

  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • You will continue to have access to MSITASKS features until the current period expires.

  • No additional fees will be charged after cancellation.


4. Refund Policy

Because MSITASKS is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product with immediate access to features and data upon subion, we maintain the following refund policy:

  • Refunds are not automatically issued for monthly or annual subions once the billing period has begun.

  • Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in cases of technical issues, duplicate charges, or billing errors.

  • To request a refund, please contact our billing department at contactus@murmusoftwareinfotech.com within 7 days of the charge.


5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • One-time setup fees or onboarding services.

  • Custom integrations or add-on modules purchased separately.

  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.


6. Service Modifications & Termination

MSITASKS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or plan at any time with prior notice.
If the service is permanently discontinued or a major change affects your subion, you will be eligible for a pro-rated refund of any unused portion of your billing cycle.


7. Billing Disputes

If you believe there is an error or unauthorized charge on your account, please notify us immediately.
We will investigate and resolve any billing dispute within 10 business days of receiving your request.
